EPT SNOWFEST
The PokerStars.com European Poker Tour has been to some pretty fabulous places in the last five years - tropical Caribbean beaches, historic and sophisticated European cities and glamorous seaside resorts. Now the EPT is taking to the mountains for the first time – with the EPT Snowfest in the Austrian Alps.
The €3,750 event is taking place in one of Austria’s premier ski areas – Saalbach-Hinterglemm near Salzburg – from March 21 -26, 2010. Home to the Alpine Ski World Championships in 1991, this exciting resort offers some of the finest pistes and off-piste in the country, giving poker players plenty of exhilarating ski and snowboard action when they’re not at the tables.
As part of their prize, PokerStars qualifiers will be staying at the luxury Alpine Palace hotel during the six-day event. The prize package also includes a transfer to and from Salzburg Airport and six days ski package (lift pass, skis, boots and poles.)
