Londoner Roland de Wolfe has won EPT Dublin, after triumphing over 388 players for a top prize of €554,300 in the €5,000 No Limit Texas Hold'em event. PokerStars qualifier David Tavernier, an anaesthetist from Paris, came second for €314,120. Last year's event attracted 248 players with Mats Gavatin winning €317,000.

GETTING THERE:
Air: You will have to fly to Dublin International Airport, which is situated 10km north of the city centre and is connected with all major European and International airports. Aer Lingus is Ireland's national air carrier and provides numerous routes worldwide.
The Regency Hotel is located on the main bus corridor between Dublin City Centre and the Airport.
Bus: The numbers 41 and 16a buses go from Dublin Airport and stop outside the Regency Hotel. Travel time 20 minutes. Cost €1.55
Taxis to/from Dublin Airport/Regency Hotel take 10 minutes; €15-€20. A taxi ride from the hotel to city centre should average €9.00
Train: Drumcondra suburban rail line is just ten minutes from the hotel and provides access to one of the two major train stations in Dublin, Connolly Station, where it is possible to connect with InterCity trains to most major towns and cities in the country.
Boat: High speed or conventional ferries operate between the UK and Dublin. Conventional ferries operate from France to either Rosslare or Cork. For further info, please contact www.irishferries.com or www.stenaline.com.
TOURNAMENT
In addition to the main EPT event and other scheduled tournaments (see below), cash games will take place daily from 12pm to 8am. There will be a full range of games (Pot Limit Omaha, No Limit Hold'Em, Pot Limit Hold'Em, 7 Card Stud and Sit and Gos) from €50 to €5,000 buy-in. Sit & Gos will also be available.
The card room will be open 12 midday to 8am throughout the tournament. Please note that no alcoholic drinks can be taken into the Card Room area.
Credit cards will not be accepted in Dublin to enter tournaments or buy chips for cash games. Regarding cash, all major currencies will be accepted and exchanged at the going rate, with buy-back option at the original rate of exchange.

EPT Dublin Super Satellite - (October 25): from 4pm to 7pm
EPT Dublin - Day 1a (October 26): 10am to 1pm
EPT Dublin - Day 1b (October 27): 10am to 1pm
NB: Players must be registered at least an hour before play starts.
Direct Buy-In Information
Buy-ins via wire transfer are now closed. Up until 4pm on Wednesday, October 25, you can buy-in to the main EPT event and all other festival events including the Super Satellite - in person - at the cash desk at the Colossus Casino Club, 5 Montague Street, Dublin 2 (Tel No. +353 1 478 5858). Bank drafts will also be accepted and should be made payable to "Irish Casino Clubs Limited."
After 4pm on Wednesday, October 25, buy-ins will be accepted at the tournament registration desk at the tournament venue, the Regency Hotel.

NEW RULES, W$ BUY-INS:
Players may buy in to EPT events using W$ providing they have PlatinumStar or Supernova VIP status on PokerStars. Requests for W$ direct buy-ins must be submitted to ept@pokerstars.com and requests need to be received before the final online qualifying tournament on PokerStars. Players may buy seat-only packages at the going exchange rate on the day of registration, or they may also buy EPT accommodation packages - depending on availability.
IMPORTANT: All W$ buy-ins to EPT events will be PokerStars sponsored players for that EPT event, and they are required to wear a PokerStars shirt for the duration of the tournament. All players who buy-in with W$ will be supplied with a PokerStars player bag.
Pay Out Information
Final table players will receive €20,000 in cash and the balance by wire transfer or cheque.

DUBLIN CITY
