QUALIFY ONLINE

This is your chance to compete with the world’s greatest players in one of Europe’s most glamorous destinations. Play EPT satellites on PokerStars and take your seat at the Grand Final for as little as $2.22 or 111 FPP. When you’re there, you can expect the full PokerStars experience – your $18,800 package includes your buy-in, luxury accommodation (or cash equivalent) and $1,000 to spend. Satellites launch January 5, 2009.

Finding our EPT satellites is easy. First, download the free PokerStars software. Then, click “Events” and “EPT” in the game lobby and register for the satellite of your choice. See our How To Qualify page for more information.

BUY IN DIRECTLY

If you're a PlatinumStar VIP or higher, you can buy in to EPT events using your PokerStars W$. Other PokerStars players can buy in direct with real money from their accounts (ie. USD $ at the current exchange rate). Requests should be submitted to registrations@pokerstars.com up to 24 hours prior to the event start. Players buying in via funds from their PokerStars accounts will be PokerStars sponsored players for the duration of the EPT event, and are required to wear a PokerStars logo throughout the tournament.

Players or sites who would like to register in advance for the EPT Monte Carlo €10,600 main event, the €25K High Roller tournament, the new €5,250 EPT Monte Carlo Pot Limit Omaha championship and all other main side events (and be guaranteed a seat, subject to availability) should e-mail registrations@pokerstars.com to receive instructions on sending their payment via wire transfer. Please include the number of seats you would like to purchase.

ON-SITE PLAYER REGISTRATION

SELF REGISTRATION USING FUNDS FROM POKERSTARS ACCOUNT

It will be possible to register for the majority of Monte Carlo side tournaments in advance via PokerStars client software. Online registration for the side events will shut down 3 hours before the start of the event.

Players will be able to pick up their tournament tickets for side events that they have bought online two hours before the event begins from the Tournament Ticket Collection Desk, which is also in the lobby outside the tournament area.

Events available for online buy ins are listed in the PokerStars client software on Events > EPT > Qualifiers tab.

Please note that if you have registered for any of the side events online and are unable to play you MUST un-register from the tournament at least 3 hours before the start of the event. If you do not then we will be unable to refund your buy-in.

Please email registrations@pokerstars.com if you need assistance registering into or unregistering from Monte Carlo events listed in the PokerStars client.

CASH BUY INS

You can buy in directly to the main and side events on site at Monte Carlo. Please go to the registration desk situated in the lobby just outside the tournament area at the Monte Carlo Bay Resort and Hotel where you can buy in to the events with cash OR funds from your PokerStars account.

Please note that cash buy ins MUST be in Euros only. The Desk will be open at the following times

• 28th April: 10.00 - 15.00 and 18.00 - 24.00
• 29th April:10.00 - 15.00 and 19.00 - 22.00
• 30th April: 13.00 - 19.00
• 1st May: 11.00 - 16.00
• 2nd May: 13.00 - 16.00 and 18.00 - 21.00
• 3rd May: 10.00 - 16.00
