Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in a live EPT event with a buy-in of USD$1,000 or above, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name, nationality, result information and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
2. In order to claim a prize the winner must have complied with all terms and conditions of participation in the EPT Awards. The player will be required to sign a PokerStars.com Sponsored Player Agreement. (This will require the player to wear clothing that displays PokerStars logos exclusively for all tournaments in which the player will participate as a sponsored PokerStars player.) Failure to do so will result in the winner no longer being entitled to claim the prize and the relevant prize will be awarded to the next ranked player.
3. Winners of an EPT Award will be given a PCA package subject to such Player consenting to wear the PokerStars branded clothing provided by the Sponsor exclusively throughout the entirety of the PCA event.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the PCA package granted to winning players is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be refunded for money or money's worth.
5. In the event that a winning player is not able to participate in any the PCA event of the following season or refuses to wear PokerStars branded clothing exclusively at the event such player will forfeit his/her PCA package and shall have no claims against either of the Sponsor or Euro Poker Tour Ltd. in such regard and neither the Sponsor nor Euro Poker Tour Ltd shall have any obligation to compensate the winning player in any way.
6. In the event of a Final Table deal agreed between the players to alter the prize payouts at any qualifying EPT event, further allocation of EPT points is suspended. All players involved in the deal will be given the lowest number of EPT points still in play regardless of chip count or finishing position.
