MEDIA INFORMATION
Accreditation

Media Room
There will be three dedicated press rooms near to the tournament area on the third floor of the Radisson, with facilities for up to 90 journalists. However, demand will be high so please "hot desk" with your colleagues as much as possible and read the media guidelines below. No more than two journalists from any organisation should be in the press room simultaneously. Your co-operation is much appreciated.
The media room will have wireless internet access and power sockets. Once the televised feature table is in operation, there will be a live feed through to the main media room. If you are staying at the Radisson, you will also have free internet access in your hotel room.
Media Guidelines
No more than 2 representatives from each media are allowed to be present simultaneously in the tournament area (within the ropes)
Photography and video recording is only allowed in the poker room - not in the Casino
Avoid standing and observing the same table for lengthy periods of time. We need to avoid clusters.
Bear in mind that there are many media representatives present and that we have limited seats in the press room. Please try and work as efficiently as possible so that your colleagues can also work efficiently.
Please respect the EPT film crew and make way for them at all times.
Please note that you are NOT allowed to participate in any gaming activities unless you have purchased an entrance ticket at the casino reception.
At all times please adhere to the instructions from the staff of the casino

Interview Room
The Scandinavia Suite on the 26th floor of the Radisson is our allocated "quiet area" for TV crews to conduct media interviews. There should be ample room here for three crews to work simultaneously. To book this facility, please liaise with our PR manager Sebastian Langer.
Refreshments
The casino will issue all accredited media with a press pass which will entitle you to soft drinks for the duration of the tournament. Soft drinks will also be available in the press room, along with sandwiches just before the player buffet starts each evening.
Welcome Party/PokerStars Scandinavian Awards
Pokerstars are hosting a Welcome Party for PokerStars qualifiers and media on January 16 at 7.15pm at Lille Vega at Vega Nightclub, Enghavevej 40, Copenhagen. We will have coaches departing from the Radisson at 7pm to transport guests to Lille Vega.
PokerStars Scandinavian Awards
PokerStars is to host the first ever Scandinavian Poker Awards on January 16, the eve of the EPT3 Copenhagen. The awards ceremony will be staged at 8pm at Vega Nightclub, Enghavevej 40, Copenhagen - in association with Poker Magazine (Sweden), Norsk Poker Magasin (Norway) and Ace Magazine (Denmark). All accredited media are welcome to attend the awards ceremony.
